Transit times are estimates from our Germany fulfillment partner and start once an order leaves processing. Customs delays outside the EU are outside our control.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped within the EU move without customs formalities. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office — these are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Tracking & delays
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your order is running later than the estimate above, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier directly.
